OPERATIONS MANAGER

With over 20 years of experience in architectural and civil design, construction, and development, Jeremy’s career began in England as a Civil Engineer for a national home builder. After relocating to the U.S., he expanded into private real estate development nationwide, eventually settling in Franklin, TN, as an operational executive for a public homebuilder.

Jeremy combines strategic insight with a hands-on approach, drawing from years of experience managing remodels and renovations. He prioritizes building strong relationships, ensuring a seamless process for clients from project inception to completion.

PROJECT MANAGER

With over 15 years of experience, Ole started out in Norway with construction summer jobs at the age of 16. He went on to undertake an apprenticeship in carpentry and general contracting and accomplished his trade certifications shortly afterward. He then operated as a general contractor overseas building homes from the ground up along with residential and commercial renovations.

Since moving to the USA he has worked for local general contractors in California and Tennessee managing bathroom remodels and master carpentry millwork.

PROJECT MANAGER

With over 40 years of experience, Dave has a drive and passion for excellence in both design and construction.

At a young age, he began installing tile and carpet, gradually learning the trades of plumbing, gas fitting, electrical work, and framing under the guidance of seasoned contractors. Within a few years he was independently managing multiple kitchen and bathroom remodels in the region.

He is able to see design opportunities in all aspects of a remodel to align with the client’s vision. Being able to collaborate to transform and optimize spaces, ensuring they are both functional and aesthetically pleasing. With decades of hands-on experience and a deep understanding of construction intricacies, he is dedicated to bringing quality craftmanship and thoughtful design to each and every project.
